Pawan Shatters YSR Congress Part

Pawan Shatters YSR Congress Part

Pawan shatters YSR Congress party

Pawan Shatters YSR Congress Part

If at all YS Rajasekhar Reddy would have acted smartly against Chiranjeevi's Prajarajyam Party probably in the recent elections, YS Jagan would have become the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. This means, YSR Congress party and YS Jagan are paying the price for what YSR did to PRP.

With 'YSR Congress Hatao, Seemandhra Bachao' slogan, Pawan Kalyan came and rescued both Telugu Desam and Bharatiya Janata Parties in Seemandhra as well as in Telangana. Pawan's fearless attitude and speeches got extensive coverage in the media and they have reached the public. Pawan's whirlwind election campaign, his slogans, sensation comments were the sole reasons of TDP and BJP victory in the elections.

Pawan's charisma was proved as major leaders of YSRCP lost the elections and wherein few lost their deposit too. For instances, YSRCP honorary president Vijayamma losing Vizag Lok Sabha seat is the biggest storm in the tea cup and Spokesperson Amabti Rambabu who has been the mouth piece of YSRCP, faced a humiliating defeat. There is a huge list of leaders who were humbled by the people with Pawan's effect. The loss did not stop here, already newly elected MPs and few MLAs are looking at Telugu Desam party and are getting ready to join too. Excluding Pawan's effect, TDP proved its stamina in the municipal polls and now even ZPTC, MPTC and corporators are readying themselves to change the party flag. This can be merely called as being opportunist.

Indian National Congress [INC] shortly called as Congress party has a history of 125 years. Post Independence, Congress has ruled the country for decades with small intervals in between. But then people always trusted the Party for unknown reasons and the same happened in 2004.  BJP led NDA government which was in power, was humbled by Congress in the general elections. With all the allies, Congress formed government in the national level, AP and over the past decade, it was in government.

Till May 15th 2014, Congress had little hope that it would come into power for the third time too. But on May 16th, when the election results were announced, Congress was routed from the country and people's verdict gave a tight slap, also made sure it could ever recover from a crisis situation. Having won only 44 seats out of the 543, Congress was thrown away from ten states where it could not even win one MP seat. Adding fuel to the fire, Congress is facing tough challenge in the Parliament to get the status of opposition. For any party to get the opposition honor, it should get a minimum of 10 per cent seats on its own. With 44 seats, Congress lost the eligibility to qualify for the opposition and is now wooing its allies to support to get the opposition status.

On this note, Congress party is heard to be negotiating with YSR Congress party. Congress wants to merge YSR Congress party with it which could ease its tally and help in formation of opposition. YSRCP has won nine Lok Sabha seats [One in Telangana, Khammam and the remaining in Seemandhra] and with the merge, Congress number will be 53, one short off to get opposition status. We hear from the reliable sources that Congress high command has held discussions with YSRCP leadership but could not come to a decision. The NDA government had information of Congress's proposal to YSRCP and yesterday Prime Minister Narendra Modi passed this message to Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam MPs.

Though TDP is not worried whether YSR Congress Party will merge with Congress or not, it is closely observing the Congress's moves. Meanwhile YSRCP which is claiming itself that they have lost the elections with a margin of five lakhs votes, is estimating whether merging with Congress will benefit the party or not. Nonetheless, Jagan is not in favor of merging with Congress as he feels the party has insulted and betrayed him for asking the Chief minister post after the death of the YSR. We should also not forget that Pawan Kalyan had played a crucial role in keeping YS Jagan out of power.

There won't be any difference even if YSRCP merges with Congress, as people are tired with its negligence. YSRCP atleast got opposition status where as Congress is battling to get it. On the whole we can clear say Pawan has ruined YSRCP chances of bagging the power while we can term it as vengeance on YSR and Congress party who were behind PRP.

Clever Ploy By High Command

Two member team, clever ploy by high command: Politicking Wishesh

Two member team, clever ploy by high command: Politicking Wishesh

Hope you are enjoying your special exclusive from Wishesh. We try to bring out how the public like you & me feel about the present happenings. Two member team, clever ploy by high command:  As per the directive of the high command, each party must send two delegates to debate over the issue of Telangana formation at the all-party-meet on December 28.

While many wanted the Party leaders (chiefs) to be called in, the central party never named the members who need to attend the meet. Many leaders from the T region, other than the Congress expressed that this meet was only a gimmick of the high command to garner votes for FDI in Retail.

However critics feel that this meet might not be the end of the road, due to this two delegate format. TRS will be the only party that shall send two members who are to insist the T formation. Most other parties would send leaders from the either region who express the people's opinion of that particular region and then it is sure to be divided. This only will put the issue on the cross roads as usual. A good plan to show the public about the discrepancies of the oppositions and neat way to wash the hands off the issue too.

On the other hand, if only the party presidents were called than things would have been different and would have put them in embarrassing moment. By this innovate formula Congress saves itself from embarrassment and even helps the party leaders from saving their skins. A convenient way to pose a uniform win-win situation. The meet benefits everybody uniformly while sidelining the  actual issue.

Be positive: Jana: Any media person approaching the Panchayatiraj Minister Jana Reddy and questioning him about the outcome of the December 28, all-party-meet, is sure to be surprised over the optimism expressed by the senior Congress man from Telangana.

The leader is totally reluctant to even think about a possible negative outcome at the meet. He feels the meet is sure to find a solution to the impending problem. OMG! This man is a tough minded optimist.....

Kakatiya rule reminds of unified Telugus: Vijayawada Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, is one man in the political circle, who leaves no stones unturned to hog limelight, even at the expense of  others. His controversies and statements that have raised the mercury levels at times will always remain fresh in the public memory, as one supersedes the other before the last one fades out.

Reacting to his absence at the Kakatiya celebrations in Warangal,  the MP recalled that Kakatiya's rule was the golden period of the state when all Telugu people flourished unitedly. He added that if he was to go there, then he is bound to speak out his mind over the issue and that would irk a few who cannot swallow the bitter truths.

Imagine there were some incidents of stone pelting at the CMs convoy yesterday when he went to participate in the celebrations. What would have happened if this Vijayawada MP was also present on the scene?

Political Animosity In The State

Political Animosity In The State, Courtesy Power Hunger

Political animosity in the state, courtesy power hunger

Political-animosity-01Democratic India is 'for the people, by the people and of the people'....inspite of almost seven decades of independence, politicians seem to realise the actual meaning of the above only during elections. No sooner the ordeal is over the winners are afected by short term memory loss while the losers feel deprived and negelect the same.

Political-animosity-02Our state is no different either, nevertheless this time the animosity seems to be on the rage with fierce comeptitions from splits. True Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress party has split from the parent of all parties Congress, while K Chandrashekar Rao's TRS split from an alliance with TDP. Now all the four are vying for power in the general elections scheduled in 2014.

Political-animosity-03In the process tall claims and taller promises are being made to prove themselves the best alternative. Adding to this the topping of the icing is massive walkathons. While the ordeal in the recent times was started by the Congress Cheif Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy. He travelled by various modes of conveyance to launch his 'Indiramma Baata'.

Political-animosity-04 But his contemporaries embarked on a more critical walkathons, probably they have all the time to lure the public when compared to the CM who is decked up with hectic schedule. TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu embarked on "Vastunna Mee Kosam' and is trekking across the state while showing his multi colours by intermingling with various sections.

Political-animosity-05 Following him is younger scion of the late Chief Minister YS Rajashekar Reddy, Sharmila who is also on a similar but massive programme, 'Maro Praja Prasthanam.'  The YSR Congress leader took the roads after her sibling was refused bail several times in the disproportionate asets case.

Political-animosity-06 The TDP veteran took a dig at the TRS Chief whether he could take a walk with him even for a week, as a remark to the former stating that the TDP chief's brain had been deceased earlier. So that confirms that the TRS chief is really not embarking on any walkathons as of now.

Political-animosity-07In an another controversial statement the YSRCP honrary President Y S Vijayamma at Kukatpally the other day said that the TDP supremo was born on April 20 or 4/20 and in Indian Penal Code 420 means a persons who are dishonest and are cheating by nature. On the other hand TDP supremo has frequently highlighted that Jagan has looted the state and Vijayamma with Sharmila are small time robbers.

Political-animosity-08 On the whole animosity between the political parties is growing at alarming propositions. However because of this many scams and discrepancies are being unearthed. And on account every body had some bitter past.

Political-animosity-09This leaves the public in dilemma as to whom to reinstate in the state. While every party has a steady set of followers which almost account to eighty percent of the public, the rest 20 odd percent make the difference. Which way will the vote bank swing? With not much of options at hand what will happen if the one dreaded by you comes to power?...just think before you ink....(Wishesh-AarKay)

Vadra Controversy

Is Vadra controversy defamation or discrepancy!

Is Vadra controversy defamation or discrepancy!

Vadra01Given a chance, there seems no end for the hunger to acquire, this is one side of the coin. As you flip it, if the allegations are untrue then the question arises, to what extent one will to gain political mileage! Two sides of the same coin, we are novices at this stage to judge which of these statements holds good and the elite will reveal after thorough investigation or else as usual we might not be interested after some time. Anyways, leaving philosophy and results behind let us have a look at what is happening at present.

Vadra02
It is a known fact that Arvind Kejriwal, a former strong man backing the anti corruption crusader Anna Hazare, has parted ways with the veteran with political aspirations. On Friday, he made an allegation against Robert Vadra, the son-in-law of UPA Chair Person Sonia Gandhi and the hubby of Priyanka Gandhi. Mr Kejriwal alleged that  Mr Vadra had an underhand dealings with the nation's largest real estate company DLF.

Vadra03On Saturday the corporate involved in the controversy issued a statement that all charges leveled were baseless and falsified. DLF clarified that an amount of Rs 65 Cr was given as business advances for the purchase of land "as per standard industry practice" for two projects of Rs 50 Cr and Rs 15 Cr, respectively, of which the latter was refunded as DLF decided against the purchase. They went on further to state, at no stage was a interest free loan ever given to the Skylight group (Mr Vadra's companies). The conglomerate also added that Mr Vadra and his companies had purchased several apartments, but these were bought at market rates.

Vadra04Instantly after the communication by the corporate was aired by media. The activist on Sunday said that the response by the developer was, 'full of half truths.' He tweeted, 'It is not a detailed statement. We will give a detailed response tomorrow. But the question is whether Vadra stands by DLF's statement or does he have his own response to give. We would appreciate his response.'

Vadra05Condemning the charges leveled by the activist, Mr Vadra came out in an open statement that the allegations  were framed to defame his clean image. He said that they (activists) were "attempting to malign him and his family to gain cheap publicity". He also said that he was a law abiding citizen and all his transactions were transparent. He clarified that all his financial statements have been submitted and public could have a look at it in the concerned departments. 'My business transactions are fully reflected in financial statements filed before appropriate government authorities in compliance with the law. They are available in the public domain to anyone interested in knowing the truth,' said Mr Vadra.

Vadra06And the latest issue is that today, Mr Kejriwal plans to release certain vital documents that might trouble the Gandhi clan further. Pro-Congress observers feel that this is just a cheap political stunt to hog limelight. People will not trust such allegations which are baseless. They also go on to record that the future of such leaders in the public eye will diminish soon. On the other hand the anti party critics say that there is nothing to wonder about it, as corruption has become our way of life. They add that Mr Vadra is no exception either. But the actual comments are from the public who feel that 'figures are only visible in the scams' but no one has ever recovered even a rupee. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
